Candles
What can I do to make sure I'm taking care of my candles?
Trim the Wick
Before you light the candle, give your wick a little haircut— about ¼ inch. It helps your flame stay clean, steady, and drama-free (just like your energy).
Let It Burn (All the Way)
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges. This sets the tone (and the memory) so your candle doesn’t tunnel later. Yes, candles have memory. Yes, we love that for them.
Keep the Wax Pool Clean
No matchsticks, burnt bits, or stray vibes allowed. Keep your wax pool free of debris so your flame stays smooth and steady. Use a warm damp cloth to clear any soot from the vessel.
Know When to Say Goodbye
When there’s about ½ inch of wax left, it’s time to blow it out for good. Burning past that can overheat the vessel—and nobody wants a hot mess.
Repurpose the Magic
Once your candle’s done, the vessel’s just getting started. Clean it out and give it a new life: makeup brushes, palo santo, pens, intention slips. We love a multipurpose queen.
Are your candles safe?
Our candles are sustainable, ecologically-sound, and pesticide-free. We don't do animal testing, and our products are free from phthalates, parabens and sulfate. Our wicks are made from 100% unbleached cotton.
What size are the candles?
Our candles are poured in vessels that are 3.125 in tall and 3.125 in wide. Each glass is filled with 7 oz of wax, which equates to about 50 hours of burn time. The vessels themselves are 9.5 oz.
How do I access the breathwork and meditation practices?
To access the practices, scan the QR code on the candle label using your smartphone camera or QR code scanner app.
Shipping and Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders below that amount, standard shipping fees apply.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we will do our best to assist you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
What if my item(s) are damaged?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment if you can provide a photo and receipt within 48 hours of receiving your order to hello@andthenweflow.com.
